Today, Rebeca continues her work alongside her daughter, Hailey Greif, as the atelier enters its next generation as Haila Atelier & Collection.
Together, they bring a shared commitment to quality - blending time-honored tailoring with a thoughtfully curated boutique experience. Haila is not a departure from the past, but an evolution of it: an inviting atelier space where expert alterations and tailoring, professional ear piercing, intentional accessories, and personal styling come together under one roof.
As Lynbrook’s neighborhood atelier, Haila exists to serve women and men with care, attention, and craftsmanship - honoring the legacy that built it, while offering room to grow into what comes next.

With over 30 years of experience in design, sewing, and fine jewelry, Rebeca Greif is the foundation of the atelier. Known for her meticulous craftsmanship and unwavering standards, she has guided generations of women and men through wedding, formal, business, and everyday alterations with patience and care.
Her work is defined by technical precision, a deep respect for the garment, and an intuitive understanding of how clothing - and accessories - should both fit and feel.

Raised inside the atelier, Hailey Greif brings over a decade of hands-on experience working alongside her mother in merchandising, styling, and client experience.
With a trained eye for personal style and a passion for intentional curation, Hailey focuses on helping clients feel confident, supported, and seen - whether they are completing a look, investing in a special piece, or refining their everyday wardrobe. Her role bridges legacy and evolution, preserving the trust built over decades while shaping the atelier’s future.
