Our alterations and custom tailoring services are rooted in decades of craftsmanship, precision, and care. Every garment is treated as its own project - thoughtfully assessed, expertly handled, and tailored to complement your body and lifestyle. From evening gowns and formalwear to business attire, seasonal pieces especially including prom and wedding guests, to everyday essentials, we work across all fabrics and silhouettes. Boutique Personal Styling

Personal styling at Haila is an extension of how we serve our clients - intuitively and without pressure. Whether you’re shopping for a special occasion, refreshing your seasonal wardrobe, or finishing a look, styling support is always available in-store. With a trained eye for balance, proportion, and personal taste, we help you select pieces that feel aligned with who you are. Our goal is to make getting dressed feel easier, more confident, and more you.

We carry pieces across all fabrics and quality. From daytime to evening bags for formal looks. From vegan leather to Spanish and Italian leather, from brass gold plated pieces to 18k gold plated sterling silver, and from handmade to on-trend pieces, we have something for every style and need.

Professional Ear Piercing

Our trained ear piercing specialist will make sure your ears are in good hands. We cleanse, mark and pierce so that your piercing sits perfectly on your ear. We use hypoallergenic gold studs that prevent infection so your ears can heal in style. To promote safe healing we also offer ear care antiseptic for the care of newly pierced ears.


For special occasions, we also offer custom jewelry design — thoughtfully crafted pieces created in collaboration with our clients to mark meaningful moments, from weddings to personal milestones.

Atelier & Alterations FAQ

  • Pricing varies based on the garment, fabric, and scope of work. We provide in-person quotes to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper fit before any work begins.

  • Most alterations are completed within 7-10 business days, depending on the season and complexity of the garment.

  • To ensure the best results, all alterations are reviewed in person. We’re happy to walk through options and pricing during your visit.

  • Yes. We work with a wide range of garments including formal gowns, evening dresses, suits, and specialty fabrics. We do not work on leather.

  • Please bring the shoes and any undergarments you plan to wear with the garment so we can tailor the fit accurately.

    Garments should be clean, freshly washed, and ready to be handled by our team. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not alter undergarments. If you’re unsure whether your item is suitable for alteration, we’re always happy to advise in-store.

  • Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows. For fittings, complex alterations, or ear piercing, appointments are recommended.

  • Appointments take approximately 30 minutes and include consultation, precise placement, piercing, and aftercare guidance.

  • Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows. Appointments are recommended for guaranteed service and minimal wait time.

  • Yes - ear piercing is available for adults and children. We take a gentle, measured approach and prioritize comfort and care.

  • Our ear piercing service includes the professional piercing and your choice of earrings. Prices vary based on the size and style of studs, ranging from 2mm to 5mm, with multiple stone cuts and designs available.

    We’re happy to help you choose the perfect stud for your fit and personal style.
